Refund Policy

No Refunds! Exchanges and store credits only!
As an online boutique we strive to provide a return and exchange service that is hassle free and
convenient to all our customers.

Shipping will not be refunded on returned items. Shipping costs to ship back to EGF is solely the
customers responsibility unless error is on EGF’s behalf.
All customers have approximately 14 days from the initial purchase date to make any returns or
exchanges. Considering that there a no exception no refund policy customer can receive a store credit to
be used towards any item in the store and the store credit voucher does not expire.

All sale items do not qualify for any exchange or returns for all marked down items sales are final.

Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders shipping costs ranges from $8.00 –$18.00
EGF takes pride in our fast shipping therefore most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5
business days. All tracking for shipments will be provided via email to the email address provided at the
time of placing your order.
We do not process nor ship out on Holidays or Weekends!
For international shipping specific shipping cost will be quoted on the checkout page based on the
shipping address provided at the time of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

EGF is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when an incorrect address is provided at the time
of placing order. Any packages that’s returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be
reshipped at customers expense for shipping cost. We encourage all customers to verify shipping
information before submitting order.
If for any reason your package shows as delivered but you have not received your order you may contact
us via email at eyegotframed2017@gmail.com we will happily provide you with order information and
tracking to submit a claim with the usps.
